How We Work Together
Last updated: March 2026
Before we get into the practicalities, I want you to know what this space is.
The Space
This is a space where you do not need to perform, explain, or hold it together. You do not need to arrive with the right words, the right issue neatly packaged, or a brave face. Whatever you bring — the fear, the grief, the confusion, the silence, the not knowing — is welcome. All of it.
You will not be judged. You will not be rushed. There is no timeline for this work and no correct way to do it. Some sessions will feel like breakthroughs. Others will feel like sitting in fog. Both are the work.
What I ask in return is honesty. Not perfection. Not courage you do not yet have. Just the willingness to show up as you actually are, not as you think you should be.
That is enough. It is always enough.
What I Commit to You
- To show up fully present for every session. Not going through the motions, not half-listening. Fully in the room with you.
- To listen deeply before I intervene. Your process leads, not my agenda.
- To be honest with you, even when it is uncomfortable. I would rather tell you a hard truth than let you stay stuck.
- To meet you where you are. Not where I think you should be. Not where you were last session. Where you are right now.
- To hold everything you share with care and in strict confidence.
- To tell you directly if I think you need support beyond what I can offer.
- To do my own work. I do not ask you to go anywhere I am not willing to go myself.
What I Ask of You
- Show up honestly. Not the version of you that performs well. The real one.
- Be willing to feel what is there, not just talk about it. The work lives in the body, not just the mind.
- Do not rehearse. Arrive open to what wants to move, not with a script.
- Face what surfaces, even when it is uncomfortable. I will be with you, but the courage has to be yours.
- Take responsibility for your own process. I am your guide, not your saviour.
- Do the work between sessions. Journal, reflect, notice. The shifts that last happen in the spaces between.
- Be honest with me. If something is not working, if I have missed something, if you are struggling — tell me. I cannot help with what I cannot see.
- Be gentle with yourself. This work asks a lot. Patience and self-compassion are not optional. They are part of the practice.
The Pace
There is no rush. Some things move in a single session. Others take weeks to surface. The medicine — whether you have sat in ceremony or not — works on its own timeline, and so does this.
Trust the process, even when it feels slow. Especially when it feels slow.
I will never push you faster than you are ready to go. But I will not let you hide, either. That is the balance. Gentleness and honesty, held together. That is how we work.
Terms of Service
The section above is about how we show up. This section is about the practical side — booking, payment, and what to expect. By booking and paying for a session, you agree to the commitments above and the terms below.
1. What you are booking
Sessions are one-to-one integration or preparation work delivered online via Zoom. They may include:
- Intro Call (20 min) — A conversation to understand where you are and whether working together is a good fit. Thirty pounds of the fee goes towards your first full session if you continue.
- Session (60 min) — Integration or preparation work tailored to you, using NLP, breathwork, and somatic techniques as appropriate.
- 4-Session Programme — Four 60-minute sessions, with preparation materials and follow-up support between sessions.
If you discontinue a 4-session programme after one or more sessions have been delivered, the remaining sessions are forfeited. No partial refund is available, as the programme fee reflects the full scope of the work — including preparation, between-session support, and continuity of the process — not simply four individual sessions.
You will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, Zoom link, and any preparation materials.
2. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of booking. All fees are non-refundable. This is because preparation for your session begins immediately upon booking. I review any intake information you have provided, I hold and protect your time slot — turning away other clients for that period — and I prepare specifically for your session. These costs are incurred whether or not you attend.
This includes change of mind after booking, non-attendance or late arrival, and cancellation or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice.
If you cancel or do not attend, the session is forfeited and no refund will be given. The only exception is if I cancel on my side, in which case I will offer a full refund or rebooking.
If you have a concern about a charge, please raise it with me directly before contacting your card provider. I am always happy to talk things through. You agree to attempt to resolve any billing concerns with me first, and not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute except in cases of genuine unauthorised fraud.
3. Cancellation and rescheduling
If you need to move a session, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice before the session start time, at no additional cost. Changes can be made via the link in your confirmation email. With less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not attend, the session is forfeited with no refund. No fees are refundable in any cancellation scenario — but with sufficient notice, you will not lose your session. If I need to cancel, I will notify you and either refund you in full or offer an alternative time.
4. Delivery
The service begins when your booking is confirmed — not when the session takes place. From the moment you book, I reserve your time slot exclusively, review any information you have shared, and begin preparation for our work together. The session itself is the central part of the service, but it is not the whole of it. Preparation materials sent before the session and any follow-up reflections or resources provided afterwards are also part of the service.
5. Your setup
You are responsible for a stable internet connection, a working camera and microphone, and a quiet space free from interruption. Technical issues on your end do not entitle you to a refund or reschedule unless you give 24 hours notice.
If something genuinely goes wrong on the day, get in touch and we will do our best to reschedule. But this is not guaranteed, and no refund is due.
6. Outcomes
This work can be profoundly effective. But I cannot guarantee specific results. What you take from our work together depends on your openness, your willingness to engage, what you do between sessions, and factors that neither of us can control. No specific outcomes, transformations, or results are promised or implied.
7. This is not medical or therapeutic advice
This is personal development and integration support. It is not psychotherapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional mental health or medical care. I am a certified NLP Master Practitioner and breathwork facilitator, not a licensed therapist or doctor. If your situation requires clinical support, I will tell you directly and help you find the right person. By booking, you confirm that you understand this.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability to you is limited to the fee you paid for the session or programme in question. I am not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from our work together. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. If any term is found to be unfair or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
9. Confidentiality and recordings
What you share in sessions is confidential. I do not share client details with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit written permission. Testimonials are used only with your consent and are anonymised unless you agree otherwise.
Sessions are recorded by default. I review every recording in detail after our session — patterns, insights, and things that were not visible in the moment often reveal themselves on a second pass. This review is a core part of how I work and directly shapes what I bring to your next session. You may opt out of recording at any time, but I want to be honest: without it, I am working with less. The depth of support I can offer between sessions and the continuity of the work will be affected. Recordings are never shared with anyone. They exist solely to support the quality of the work between us. All recordings and notes are held securely and in strict confidence.
10. Raising concerns
If something does not feel right — about a session, a charge, or anything else — please raise it with me in writing within 14 days of the session in question. I will respond within 7 days. I would always rather resolve things directly between us. If we cannot reach a resolution, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11. Contact
Any questions about these terms or your booking can be sent to me via your confirmation email. I am also available via WhatsApp if you choose that as a means of communication.
